Bali Blue is a unique and versatile coffee that hails from the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, grown at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,600 meters above sea level in volcanic loam soil. This coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers who carefully hand-pick the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. The beans undergo a wet-hulled process and are dried on raised beds to enhance their distinctive flavor.
