At Outdoor Roasters, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Perishable Items (Coffee)

  • Unopened Coffee: We accept returns of unopened coffee packages within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Opened Coffee: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee packages.

Non-Perishable Items

  • Return Window: Non-perishable items can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at kyle@outdoorroasters.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can offer store credit instead of a refund.
  • Discounted Items: For items purchased during sales or as part of bundles, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price only.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at kyle@outdoorroasters.com.
  • Resolution: We offer replacements or refunds for damaged or defective items.
  • Documentation: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Coffee Packages: We cannot accept returns of opened coffee due to health and safety regulations.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Additional Information

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular items.
  • Bundles: Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together.
